The Junkluggers is seeking a Junk Removal Specialist in New Jersey to join our front-line team and represent the company with customers. If you enjoy meeting new people, care about service, and value safety, join us in delivering eco-conscious junk removal “The Green Way.”

This role emphasizes teamwork, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to contribute to community impact while supporting local donation and recycling partners. Training is provided to ensure best practices and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer facing interactions.
• Safety-first mindset in field operations and driving routes.
• Ability to learn and use mobile tech and apps in the field.
• Strong problem solving and adaptivity to on-site challenges.

Responsibilities

• Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
• Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
• Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.
• Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job).
• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
• Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
• Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
