Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Birmingham, AL is seeking a customer-facing team member to arrive at customers' homes or businesses, build rapport, assess needs, present options, and turn junk removal into a seamless experience.

Your day includes meeting clients, recommending services, providing on-site estimates, safely lifting items up to 75 lbs, and keeping the truck and work area clean while representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

Your Role

You’ll be the face of the company when you arrive at a customer's home or business. You'll build rapport, understand what they need, explain their options, and help turn their junk removal needs into a great customer experience.

Your day will include:

• Meeting customers and creating a friendly first impression.
• Listening to what the customer needs and recommending the right service.
• Providing on-site estimates and explaining pricing clearly.
• Loading and moving items safely, including items up to 50 lbs.
• Keeping the truck and work area clean and presentable.
• Representing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with energy and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who iscomfortable talking to people, confident asking questions, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

You’ll do well in this role if you are:

Requirements:21+ years old, valid driver's license, and a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes. You must also be able to safely lift up to 75 lbs.

The Pay & Perks

Earn$15–$20 per hour, plus opportunities fortips and performance-based bonuses. You'll receiveweekly pay and paid training, with full-time opportunities and a4-day work week. Eligible employees can also receivehealth, vision, and dental benefits and a 401(k) after one year.
