1-800-GOT-JUNK? Orlando is seeking a motivated team member who excels at listening, explaining services and pricing, and delivering a great customer experience. This role blends customer service, sales, hands-on work, and teamwork.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, drive with a clean driving record, and may work alternating weekend shifts. Earn $17–$20 per hour plus tips and bonuses, with paid training and benefits, and a clear path to advancement.

The Role Combines:

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Create a welcoming experience, answer questions, listen carefully, and make customers feel taken care of.

SALES
Provide estimates, explain 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services, recognize opportunities to help with additional needs, and build relationships that lead to repeat business.

HANDS-ON WORK
Lift, carry, load, and move items up to 50 lbs. while keeping the truck and work area organized.

TEAMWORK
Work side-by-side with your teammate to make each job safe, efficient, and successful.

Requirements:21+ years old, valid driver's license, clean 3-year driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
