Job summary

The Junkluggers in North Canton, OH is seeking a friendly Junk Removal Specialist to be the company face, delivering exceptional customer service and safe, efficient removal of unwanted items. You will engage with clients, coordinate with partners, and help promote our eco-friendly approach.

Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, tech-capable in the field, and able to lift 75 lbs, with a customer-first attitude and reliable transportation. Training provided; no CDL required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required for a customer-facing role.
• Safety-first mindset is essential for on-site work.
• Ability to learn and use field technology to complete job requirements efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills to adapt on the job.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must supply and reliably use a mobile phone.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
• Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
• Operate company vehicle safely. (No CDL needed. Training provided)
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
• Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.
• Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (donated/recycled items, routing).
• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of issues.
• Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
• Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
