Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an experienced Network Operations Centre engineer to ensure high availability of core network services. You will monitor systems, perform fault isolation, configure devices, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent service disruptions.

The role requires 5+ years in Network Operations, strong TCP/IP routing knowledge, and hands-on Cisco/Juniper/Adtran experience. On-call rotation and a global team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Network Operations is required.
• Certifications such as CCNA or JNCIA are required; JNCIP/CCNP preferred.
• Strong WAN technologies knowledge and hands-on Cisco/Juniper/Adtran experience.
• Familiarity with Linux OS and networking concepts.
• Experience with centralized monitoring and debriefing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Monitoring Systems and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot faults and coordinate with network engineering teams.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for problem resolution and changes.
• Provision and configure core network devices and related tools.
• Perform hardware audits and asset verification (serials, configs).
• Develop monitoring plugins and custom dashboards.
• Maintain NOC wiki and procedures for operations.
• Grow knowledge in network and system administration.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for core network services and datacenter infra.
• Participate in 24x7 call-out rotation if required.
