• 2–5 years of Workday HCM/Recruiting experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruiting module.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience with Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Job Applications, and Offer Management.
• Knowledge of Workday business processes and security.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and supporting the Workday Recruiting module.
• Gather business requirements for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting processes.
• Handle job requisitions, postings, applications, and interview workflows.
• Support candidate management, offers, and hiring processes.
• Configure recruitment workflows, notifications, approvals, and security roles.
• Assist with Workday Recruiting integrations and data migration.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support.
• Prepare documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with HR, business users, and technical teams.
