Job summary

StarTouch Broadband Services seeks an Associate Wireless & Microwave Network Engineer to support planning, design, deployment, documentation, and optimisation of fixed wireless, microwave transport, and fiber networks. You will work with RF Engineering leadership across site planning, design, and implementation, gaining exposure to both office duties and field activities.

You will engage in RF/WiFi network studies, path analyses, budget calculations, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, RF Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline.
• Expected graduation within six months of hire date.
• Strong fundamentals in wireless, RF, and networking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and optimisation of fixed wireless broadband networks.
• Support RF propagation studies, coverage analysis, and link design.
• Contribute to spectrum planning and network performance analysis.
• Participate in wireless capacity planning and network expansion projects.
• Assist with architecture reviews, documentation, and project coordination.
