Qualifications

• Experience with Splunk/Elastic and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• Ability to gather research to improve site content and usability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to incorporate customer feedback.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and administer website tools to ensure accessibility.
• Develop and manage content for multiple sites and tools.
• Perform editorial duties to create valuable content.
• Engage customers to gather feedback for improvements.
• Locate, negotiate, and acquire relevant content.
• Ensure web design aligns with current standards.
• Build searches, reports, and dashboards; write scripts as needed.
• Prepare architecture docs and assist in standards implementation.
