Job summary

The Bison Group seeks a Weapons Systems Analyst to support our Intelligence Client's mission sets, delivering all-source intelligence analysis and situational awareness across multiple AORs.

You will conduct analysis using diverse sources to assess, forecast, and explain national security issues; provide briefings and threat insights to senior leadership, and collaborate with Blue and Red Force teams to model adversary capabilities for exercises and planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, with a portion of that within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the field of work
• Provide analysis and operational insights related to foreign and adversarial weapons systems. Support includes simulating red force capabilities, assisting in threat modeling, and contributing to exercises and planning that replicate realistic opposing force scenarios.
• Research and analyze global threat weapon systems and tactics.
• Support joint and service-level exercises by providing realistic Red Force planning input
• Assist in the development of threat laydowns and engagement scenarios
• Collaborate with Blue Force analysts to assess system vulnerabilities
• Generate intelligence production in the form of briefings and reports on adversary capabilities and strategic implications.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Support MCIA situational awareness and intelligence production across multiple AORs.
• Conduct analysis using multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain regional or functional national security issues.
