Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an entry level Water Wastewater Engineer to join our Water Team in Albany, NY. You will work with experienced engineers on water and wastewater projects that support critical community infrastructure and provide hands-on learning from day one.

You will contribute to design tasks, reports, and cost estimates while applying regulatory standards and best practices, under mentorship, to help protect public health and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• No experience required; internships and coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Support development of technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates.
• Apply engineering principles and regulatory requirements to design tasks.
• Gain hands-on experience through field visits and team collaboration.
