Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
• No experience required; internships and/or relevant coursework preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects that improve community resilience and public health.
• Support the development of technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates under guidance of experienced engineers.
• Apply engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to complete design and analysis tasks for water and wastewater systems.
• Gain hands-on experience through field visits, site investigations, and collaboration with project teams on water and wastewater facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects that improve community resilience and public health

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field required
• No experience required; prior internships and/or relevant coursework preferred
• Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
• Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus

Salary Range

$75,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
