Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Environmental, Water Resources, or Civil Engineer to join our Water Services Group. This role offers exposure to water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure.

You will support design under supervision and gain experience across the project lifecycle. You will work with ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, and Excel, contributing to technical reports, presentations, and site assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct site assessments and adjust design parameters as needed.
• Assist in technical report preparation and client presentations.
