Princess Cruises is seeking a hospitality-minded team member for the Restaurant department aboard Seven Seas. You will greet guests warmly, sustain a polished appearance, and engage guests throughout service on their voyage.

The role requires 2+ years in restaurant service; familiarity with food, beverage, wine menus, and POS systems is essential. English fluency, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure will help you excel in this fast-paced maritime setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized Catering / Hotel Management School.
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant service experience from four-star hotel or cruise ship.
• Knowledge of food, beverage and wine menus used throughout the fleet.
• Able to explain pricing, food, wine, and cocktails to guests.
• Ability to work under pressure in Front and Back of House areas.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong command of English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive first impression to every guest through a warm, welcoming greeting and maintains a professional appearance.
• Nurtures a lasting connection with guests by staying engaged during service.
• Identifies guest preferences and tailors service accordingly.
• Assists the Waiter to create a comfortable ambiance by setting tables and maintaining stations per standards.
• Delivers food and beverages on time, follows up on guest needs, and suggests solutions.
• Follows all company guidelines, policies, and USPH protocols.
