Princess Cruises seeks a waiter for The Seven Seas Group onboard Seven Seas (Panama). The role focuses on delivering an elegant dining experience, maintaining table settings, and upholding the brand's high service standards across luxury venues.

As a waiter, you will upsell courses, collaborate with the Restaurant team, and ensure timely, accurate orders using onboard POS. Fluent English and cruise experience are required to excel in this dynamic, guest-centered environment.

Formación

• Minimum of three years fine dining experience as a Waiter or Restaurant Supervisor.
• Minimum of one year cruise ship experience as Waiter or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of fine dining service standards and international cuisine.
• Good knowledge of wine is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare table settings and maintain service stations to company standards.
• Upsell and make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Manage orders for assigned areas using onboard tools and POS.
• Deliver food and beverages on time and in the correct order.
• Ensure service procedures during meal times and clear tables to standard.
• Engage guests to create a memorable dining experience.
