Qualifications

• Mason County Board of Education Professional Employee or certified through WVSSAC-ASEP.
• Coaching experience at middle/high school level preferred.
• Knowledge of football rules and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Train players to develop football skills and teamwork.
• Supervise players at practice sessions, games and travel.
• Enforce school rules during supervision of players.
• Submit eligibility lists to the athletic director.
• Distribute and collect football equipment during the season.
• Prepare and submit equipment inventory after the season.
• Attend conferences, clinics, and meetings when possible.
• Scout opposing teams to advise game plan and strategy.
