Qualifications

• Has prior coaching experience in a college, high school, or professional setting.
• Promote academics before athletics and monitor student eligibility.
• Demonstrate coaching skills, drills and fundamentals for the sport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire football program and safety/inventory of equipment.
• Communicate with Athletic Director about incidents involving athletes or parents.
• Promote academics before athletics and monitor eligibility.
• Set scrimmages, game schedules, and practice schedules.
• Attend coaching meetings and evaluate athlete progress.
• Assist with fundraising and community outreach.
