Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a closely related human-centered field.
• Recent graduate or 2–4 years of UX design experience.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Portfolio showing user-centered and visual design work.

Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond framework.
• Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Legal partners.
• Conduct user research including interviews, usability studies, and synthesis.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on critiques and stakeholder feedback.

Support key member experiences including Join, Onboarding, and Member Recognition & Rewards. This position is designed for recent graduates through approximately 2–4 years of professional experience and focuses on human-centered design, visual design, research, and mobile experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a closely related human-centered field
• Recent graduate or approximately 2–4 years of UX Design experience
• Demonstrated understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
• Good visual design skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Figma
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design capabilities
• Academic portfolio projects are acceptable

Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond framework
• Design intuitive and engaging experiences based on user insights
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Legal partners
• Participate in user research, including interviews, usability testing, synthesis, and insights generation
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and pen and paper
• Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into iterative design solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for Native Apps or Progressive Web Applications (PWAs)
• Graphic design experience
• Motion design experience
• Interest in emerging technologies and integrating AI into product experiences and design workflows
