Summary: The Designer will work alongside Senior and Lead Designers responsible for key member journeys including Join, Onboarding, and Member Recognition & Rewards. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong foundation in human-centered design, visual design, and mobile experience design, with a desire to grow their craft in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates should have approximately 2-4 years of professional experience with a degree in UX Design, or a related field. Strong consideration should be given to candidates who are well articulated, curious, collaborative, eager to learn and excited to hit the ground running and make stuff. They should feel comfortable operating in a vocal, dynamic team where brainstorming and critique sessions happen daily.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
