Job summary

HNTB seeks an engineer to contribute to design calculations, technical reports, and plans for diverse infrastructure projects. You will work with the project team to develop concepts and detailed designs, applying engineering criteria and modern drawing tools to support project execution.

You will complete assigned work within schedule, assist with reports, estimates, and file organization, and support field data collection as part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MicroStation and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned
