Job summary

IMEG in Austin, TX is seeking a Transportation Engineering New Graduate. This entry-level role provides hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training from day one. You will work closely with experienced engineers to help improve transportation systems and infrastructure.

You will support project planning and collaboration across teams to meet client goals and budgets, building your expertise from day one in a supportive ESOP-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic transportation engineering calculations under supervision.
• Assist in roadway, intersection, signage, and striping plan development.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Help ensure designs meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to research and best practices in transport engineering.
