JD and active Massachusetts Bar Admission are required, with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of broad transactional real estate experience, including: acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture and borrower-side financing.

Compensation

Salary will range between $225,00 – $260,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
