Job summary

Polsinelli PC seeks an associate to join our Real Estate group. This position is open to any of our firm’s locations and requires 3+ years of transactional experience involving data center services, with a focus on leasing and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong writing, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ambition and team orientation to help grow our national practice while navigating complex subject matter quickly and effectively.

Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment, and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of transactional experience involving data center services, with a specialization in leasing and joint ventures.

Compensation

Salary will range between $240,000 - $435,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
