Job summary

Under supervision, you will perform basic fleet maintenance to meet company standards and document work performed. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance related to trailer systems, completing work orders to spec, following safety procedures, and communicating professionally with company personnel and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in semi-trailer maintenance and repair (or equivalent education/experience).
• Able to supply basic tools or use toolbox purchase program.
• Willingness to work outdoors and across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of preventative maintenance and repairs on trailer equipment including air brakes and FHWA inspections.
• Perform basic repairs to company/manufacturer specifications and complete work orders.
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain professional communication with staff and customers.
