The candidate will work with CAD-based traffic control design and coordinate with the team to deliver quality results within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 0–5 years of experience.
• Proficient in traffic analysis software such as HCS and Synchro.
• Familiar with MUTCD, AASHTO, and Highway Safety Manual.
• EIT or PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field observation and collect traffic data.
• Learn and become proficient in traffic analysis using HCS and Synchro.
• Conduct safety evaluations and crash assessments.
• Develop solutions to mitigate traffic deficiencies.
• Assist in the preparation of conceptual layouts depicting recommended improvements.
• Prepare technical memorandums and reports for large/medium-scale traffic studies.
• Learn traffic control devices design using CAD software.
• Coordinate with internal team to meet deadlines and quality.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
