Sunoco LP is seeking a Finance/Trading Analyst to support daily broker reconciliation and MTM reporting across trading positions and risk systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and produce insightful analyses that drive management decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting and 0–2 years of related experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to prioritize work requirements within tight, concurrent deadlines.
• Ability to fully utilize all Microsoft Office software at the intermediate level including Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily broker reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain daily mark-to-market (MTM) reports to evaluate open positions, discretionary trading activities, and associated valuations.
• Reconcile trading positions and financial data across systems, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and consistency in risk reporting.
• Compile various reports from Right Angle to verify traders are within the approved limits per the ETP Risk Policy.
• Develop and maintain models to forecast financial results and monitor exposure associated with trading activities and market movements.
• Analyze trading performance, identify key performance drivers, and prepare regular reports to support trading and management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting, and develop automated analytical tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Support the deal capture team in validating all trades done by supply and trading
• Any adhoc reporting and analysis related to Supply and Trading’s PnL
