Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to join our engineering team in a role focused on toolmaking and tooling maintenance. You may be a recently qualified apprentice or a machinist looking to transition into press tool manufacture.

Responsibilities include maintaining and refurbishing production tooling, performing CNC and manual turning and milling, and producing new press tools. You will also manage stock levels and generate spare parts lists from controlled drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in toolmaking or machining.
• Knowledge of press tools and tooling refurbishment is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue a career in toolmaking and related engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refurbish production tooling.
• Carry out CNC and manual turning and milling tasks.
• Maintain, repair, modify and produce new press tools.
• Control stock levels of press tool spares.
• Generate spares lists with controlled drawings for manufacture.
