Duties:

Draft and negotiate agreements under the ISDA Master Agreement framework, including Schedules, Credit Support Annexes, and Confirmations

Provide counsel on over-the-counter derivatives and related regulatory matters (e.g., Dodd-Frank protocols)

Support transactions involving structured financial products and instruments

Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to derivatives and finance

Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop innovative financing structures

Maintain awareness of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and market practices

Prepare and review documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance

Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and mentorship initiatives where appropriate

Requirements:
