The ideal candidate will demonstrate familiarity with ISDA documentation, over-the-counter derivatives, and regulatory compliance protocols such as those under Dodd-Frank. Duties:

1. Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, including Schedules, Credit Support Annexes, and Confirmations
2. Support transactional and regulatory aspects of structured finance matters
3. Interpret and apply financial regulations such as those under Dodd-Frank and related protocols
4. Conduct legal research and prepare client advisories or memoranda as needed
5. Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders
6. Maintain awareness of market developments in derivatives and regulatory standards
7. Participate in client meetings and provide strategic legal counsel
8. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in work product delivery
9. Handle assignments independently while coordinating with team members

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of focused experience in structured finance and derivatives
• Demonstrated expertise in ISDA-based agreements and related financial documentation
• Strong grasp of OTC derivatives and applicable regulatory frameworks

• Experience in a large, nationally recognized law firm preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
