Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–4 years IT Business Analyst experience or similar role.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient in creating requirements documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities
