Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–4 years IT Business Analyst experience or similar role.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient in creating requirements documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support IT initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and end-users throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement assessments.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test cases and coordinating testing efforts.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including BRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams.
