Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required or related.
• 0–2 years experience; internship/co-op a plus.
• Foundational RF/electronic concepts; willingness to deepen RF test methods.
• Exposure to C, Python, or similar languages; develop ANSI C and TestStand proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Initial focus on preventive maintenance of test stands and documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, fixturing, and software issues; escalate as needed.
• Contribute to test process improvement and automation development under mentorship.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering and production operators; communicate findings clearly.
