Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions in Everett, WA seeks a developing test engineer to support test development, fixture maintenance, and data analysis within a medical device manufacturing setting. You will contribute to CAPA investigations, ensure quality system conformance, and participate in Kaizen activities with guidance from senior engineers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0–3 years of experience in testing, measurement, and metrology, with the ability to read schematics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred).
• 0-3 years of engineering experience (internship/co-op counts).
• Foundational test, measurement, data-analysis, and metrology skills. Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Support test development and fixture maintenance for assigned products.
• Execute yield-troubleshooting and data analysis under general supervision.
• Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
• Assist sustaining and NPI test activities for the cell.
• Document test methods and contribute to CAPA investigations. Validate test stations per existing processes and document accordingly.
• Apply FBS Standard Work; participate in Kaizen.
• Ensure conformance to the ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 quality system.
