Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Test Engineer Co-Op for Fall 2026 in Everett, WA. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing test and calibration systems for new and existing products, with emphasis on data-driven quality improvements and productivity.

You will work closely with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement and support new product introductions. The position requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited institution.
Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry, and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support manufacturing test systems for new and existing products.
Improve production quality, efficiency, and reliability through data analysis and problem solving.
Support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing operations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and electrical communication systems used in test stations.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
Validate test stations using hardware and software to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
Partner with engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and testability.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve yields, and streamline factory processes.
