You will document findings, maintain safety, and collaborate with global development teams to troubleshoot and prevent recurring issues, ensuring products meet performance and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Test Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an engineering professional with hands-on experience testing electrical-based products, troubleshooting complex issues, and working in a laboratory environment.

The Electrical Test Engineer will support product engineers by setting up and performing tests, assisting with prototype assembly, conducting product tear-downs, and analyzing electrical components down to the PCB level.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of power and electrical engineering principles.
• Experience working with AC and DC power circuits under 20kVA.
• Knowledge of microprocessor and sensor interfacing.
• Familiarity with firmware interfacing, DC batteries, connectors, and wire harnesses.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and identify electrical components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in an electrical testing laboratory environment.
