You will partner with the Tennis Manager to set vision, supervise daily operations, and drive growth and profitability while managing the program budget and implementing Life Time's coaching methodologies. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• USPTA and/or PTR certification required.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of tennis and coaching techniques.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Junior tennis program daily.
• Teach private and group tennis lessons; average 28 hours weekly.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow program revenue and manage budget.
• Attend required meetings with manager.
