Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Lexington, KY is seeking a Junior Growth Expert – Tennis to create and deliver a high-energy junior tennis environment at our 22-court facility (15 indoor, 5 outdoor clay, 2 outdoor hard). You will lead 10 & Under and recreational programs, develop players, and promote engaging youth tennis experiences.

The role emphasizes private/group lessons, program design, and pathways for long-term engagement, with a commitment to world-class service and a dynamic club culture.

Qualifications

2+ years of junior teaching experience.
Experience with competitive junior players.
USPTA and/or PTR certification preferred.
College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead growth of 10 & Under and recreational junior tennis.
Create pathways for long-term player engagement.
Deliver private and group lessons.
Maintain ~35 on-court teaching hours per week.
Develop players technically, tactically, athletically, and mentally.
Train and mentor assistant professionals.
Drive growth, retention, and programming excellence.
