Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Full Time Tennis Professional to grow tennis across our vast network of 78+ clubs and 217 courts, working with the National Tennis Director and Club Tennis Directors. Expect high-energy programming, private and group lessons, and a culture of advancement.

The ideal candidate has 1–5+ years teaching, a college degree preferred, USPTA and/or PTR certification, and a 4.0+ playing level, with commission-based hourly compensation and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• USPTA and/or PTR certification required or pursued.
• Playing level 4.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as tennis ambassador for all ages and levels.
• Deliver at least 35 on-court teaching hours per week.
• Provide private and group lessons.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of programs and lessons.
• Maintain a safe and clean tennis court environment.
