CompTech is seeking a Junior Telecommunications Network Engineer to support the DoD Enterprise Infrastructure Services. You will design, deploy, and sustain secure wired and wireless LANs across multiple DoD locations, ensuring可靠 network operations and security compliance.

Required is a Top Secret clearance and 2+ years of network operations experience. The role includes collaboration with government personnel and engineering teams, with full benefits, PTO and 401K.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in network operations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting telecommunications networks.
• Experience with voice, LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and network management technologies.
• Experience integrating, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex hardware and software systems.
• Working knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with government and technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise wired and wireless LAN infrastructure.
• Maintain the technical baseline of network systems across the lifecycle.
• Perform network engineering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support integration and testing of new hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Analyze network performance and implement corrective actions for availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with government personnel and cross-functional teams on modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and configuration management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
