Responsibilities

• Monitor client activity across TransPerfect’s technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, respond to client queries, and elevate to engineering teams when needed.
• Assist the sales team in early‑stage client engagements by gathering technical requirements and identifying potential solutions.
• Join client meetings and contribute to documenting technical needs and integration plans.
• Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and web‑based tool integrations.
• Maintain and update internal and external documentation on product features and client configurations.
• Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfect’s tools and technologies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.
• Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability.

Required Skills And Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or part‑time work included).
• Hands‑on experience via internships or coursework in software, IT support, or client services.
• Passion for technology, problem‑solving, and working with clients.
• Basic understanding of web technologies and system integration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating different operating systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Well‑organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
