Job summary

Inadev-Corporatio is seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst to support the full SDLC, turning business and technical requirements into Agile artifacts for data-driven environments. You will work with Product Owners and delivery teams to keep backlog ready and align with mission objectives.

The role supports BI initiatives, production issue resolution, and continuous process improvement, with emphasis on stakeholder communication and collaboration in a federal contracting context.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline and at least 2 years of Business Analysis experience supporting Federal Government Software/Application Development programs.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working within Agile Frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements to rapidly assess information and determine relevance.
• Translate business goals and user needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts.
• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, testers, and project leaders to ensure backlog readiness and alignment with product vision.
• Define requirements for reports, dashboards, BI objects, and source systems.
