Job summary

Inadev is seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst to support the full SDLC, translate business needs into Agile artifacts, and collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams. The role includes BI support, issue resolution, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, 2+ years in Agile environments, and experience with JIRA. Candidates in Reston, VA may hybrid; others may work fully remote within ET hours.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance.
Must reside in the Continental United States.
Must be open to working during Eastern Time business hours to meet customer requirements.
Hybrid schedule (2–3 days/week) in Reston, VA for local candidates; fully remote for others.
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline and 2+ years of pertinent Business Analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Support the full systems development lifecycle across data-driven environments.
Serve as SME on requirements, advise Product Owners, and represent stakeholder priorities to delivery teams.
Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements; translate into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project leaders to ensure backlog readiness and product vision alignment.
Support BI initiatives and program reporting to inform decision making.
Monitor production issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve within SLAs.
Provide training on system usage and defect vs. expected behavior.
