Job summary

AllSTEM Connections, Inc. is seeking a Junior TA Recruiter for a temp-to-hire role in San Diego.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting for corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and specialized roles, building pipelines and supporting hiring managers throughout the process. You will work onsite with an experienced Talent Acquisition team, gain exposure to sourcing strategies, recruitment reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering a positive candidate

Qualifications

3–6 years of recruiting experience in aerospace/defense or related industries.
Experience supporting full lifecycle recruiting for corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized roles.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical and corporate roles using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, ATS and other sourcing methods.
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide recruiting updates throughout the process.
Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and teams, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
Maintain ATS records, track recruiting activity, and support pipeline reporting and metrics.
Collaborate with internal recruiters, sourcing partners, agencies, contractors and external resources to meet hiring goals.
