Job summary

HTU is seeking a results-driven recruiter in Torrance, CA. The role involves identifying qualified candidates, screening and interviewing, and partnering with Account Managers to align top accounts with target skill sets and key market segments.

You will also build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, participate in customer service activities, and contribute to community volunteer programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
