Job summary

Talis Clinical LLC is seeking a System Support Engineer – Level 1 to deliver frontline technical support for software and hardware solutions. You will learn core systems, respond to customer issues during business hours, and follow documented workflows under guidance.

Role includes on-site installation support, basic SQL tasks, and collaboration with engineering to escalate issues. Prioritizes learning in medical device integration and QA testing while progressing toward independent support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Healthcare required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of technical support, healthcare IT, or clinical systems experience.
• Demonstrated history of leading technical issues to resolution.
• Strong computer, application, and network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for Talis Clinical’s software and hardware solutions.
• Handle customer calls and communicate effectively with clinicians and biomedical staff.
• Participate in weekend rotation and on-call schedule.
• Assist with device troubleshooting using established workflows and documented procedures.
• Perform basic SQL and database tasks under guidance.
• Document defects, feature requests, and issues using CRM and Azure DevOps.
