Job summary

Astrion seeks a junior Systems Integration and Test Engineer for the Eglin AFB, FL location to design, construct, and support test and evaluation systems in the ADTL. The role focuses on hands-on testing, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical field and 0–3 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility.
• Strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Assist ADTL management to design, construct, and support test equipment and systems.
• Develop and maintain ADTL test support hardware, software, and scripts.
• Hands-on integration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and electrical components.
• Analyze failures and provide recommended solutions.
• Assist test engineers with design and development of test architectures and solutions.
• Review technical documentation to gather data for system design and support.
• Travel to contractors’ facilities and test sites as needed.
