Job summary

Astrion is seeking an SE-2 Systems Integration and Test Engineer for the Eglin AFB, FL area. This junior role supports the 46 Test Squadron/TGBC with design, construction, and operation of test equipment and systems in the ADTL.

Travel up to 25% is required; telework is limited by mission needs. Qualified candidates will have a BS in a relevant field, 0–3 years of experience, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 0–3 years experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility considerations.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, construction, and support of test equipment and systems.
• Develop and maintain ADTL test support hardware, software, and scripts.
• Hands-on integration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and electrical components.
• Analyze failures and propose solutions.
• Interface with program offices to develop engineering solutions.
• Support test plans, data analysis, and formal reports.
