Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 0–3 years of experience; additional experience can substitute education.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility may be required.
• Strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist management to design, construct, and support test equipment and systems.
• Develop and maintain ADTL test support hardware, software, and scripts per security guidelines.
• Hands-on integration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and electrical components.
• Analyze failures and provide recommended solutions for test equipment.
• Assist test engineers with design and development of test architectures and solutions.
• Review technical documentation to determine systems to be designed and supported.
• Interface with program offices to develop engineering solutions.
• Support integration of engineered solutions into test plans and reports.
• Develop and present briefings to test community and senior personnel.
• Travel to contractors' facilities and test sites as needed.
