Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Systems Engineer to support Naval Aviation Foreign Military Sales and related aircraft programs. The role involves working within an integrated government/contractor team across the acquisition lifecycle.

This in-person position offers hands-on experience in requirements management, documentation, and IPT activities, with growth in DoD systems engineering and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 0–3 years of professional engineering or technical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a government/contractor environment and interact professionally with government personnel and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support to PMA-207 program and IPT personnel.
• Assist with development, review, and maintenance of engineering documentation and program deliverables.
• Support requirements development, decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation activities.
• Assist with analysis of aircraft systems and related equipment.
• Support technical reviews, IPT meetings, and program management reviews.
• Assist with configuration management and engineering change activities.
• Maintain technical baselines and program documentation.
