Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a motivated Junior Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering and technical support to Naval Aviation Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and related aircraft programs. The role is part of an integrated government/contractor team, gaining hands-on experience across the acquisition lifecycle.

This in-person position offers exposure to requirements management, configuration management, technical documentation, IPT participation, and engineering change activities within a DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 0-3 years of professional engineering or technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a government/contractor environment and interact professionally with government personnel and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support to PMA-207 program and IPT personnel.
• Assist with development, review, and maintenance of engineering documentation and program deliverables.
• Support requirements development, decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation activities.
• Assist with analysis of aircraft systems, subsystems, and associated equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, logistics personnel, program analysts, and government stakeholders.
