Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support or desktop support experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent IT training.
• Hands-on experience with Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory users, computers, groups, and permissions.
• Basic experience with Group Policy and DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support and act as escalation point for helpdesk.
• Maintain Windows infrastructure and printer/print server administration.
• Support software deployment and patch management using PDQ Deploy/Inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance on Windows servers and endpoints.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles.
